The definitions and measurement of the variables are displayed in Table 14 in Appendix A. Industrial occupations have ISCO codes 13, 31, 61, 62, 69, and 70–92. Clustered standard errors are in parentheses. Fixed effects refer to those at the two-digit occupational level (ISCO codes).
